Delivery Policy
- All shipments and deliveries are made by road within the UAE
- Orders placed before 7 PM UAE time will be delivered the same day within the emirates of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Orders placed before 11 PM will be delivered the same day within the emirates of Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. - Notifications will be sent via email upon confirmation and delivery
- Free delivery for all orders above AED 250

Cash On Delivery
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers in the UAE
- Ideal for customers without access to a credit card or who prefer to pay with cash
- Select cash payment during checkout
- Our customer service team will contact you to arrange payment collection

Refund Policy
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment
- Processing time: 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card
Refunds will be made only under the following conditions:
- If a wrong product was sent by us
- If the product is defective
- If the product was damaged in shipping
- If the product is tampered

Cancellation Policy

- Our customer service staff are trained to respond to concerns and resolve issues quickly

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- If you cancel the order 1 day before the delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund
- Orders can be cancelled anytime, but full refund is only entitled if done 1 day before the delivery date
- If you find anything wrong with the product quality, we will verify it and replace the product or provide a full reimbursement
