Delivery Policy
- All shipments and deliveries are made by road within the UAE
- Orders placed before 7pm UAE time will be delivered on the same day within the UAE
- Notifications will be sent via email upon confirmation and delivery
- Free delivery for all orders above AED 250

Cash On Delivery
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers in the UAE
- Ideal for customers without access to a credit card or who prefer to pay with cash
- Select cash payment during checkout
- Our customer service team will contact you to arrange payment collection

Refund Policy
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment
- Processing time: 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card
Refunds will be made only under the following conditions:
- If a wrong product was sent by us
- If the product is defective
- If the product was damaged in shipping
- If the product is tampered

Cancellation Policy
- We give utmost care and attention to ensure your delivery is perfect
- Our customer service staff are trained to respond to concerns and resolve issues quickly
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- You are entitled to cancel any payment where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card
- If you cancel the order 1 day before the delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund
- Orders can be cancelled anytime, but full refund is only entitled if done 1 day before the delivery date
- If you find anything wrong with the product quality, we will verify it and replace the product or provide a full reimbursement
